The Free Medical Clinic has been providing medical care to the uninsured and low-income families, serving residents in Winchester City, Frederick and Clarke Counties since 1986.

Our team of volunteers and staff provides primary and specialty medical care, medication assistance, and health education. Many more professional volunteers treat Clinic patients and provide medical services in their own offices. Together we provide quality, comprehensive health care to those who would otherwise have no access to these life-saving services.
